Do I need to record my therapy sessions?
No. SessionSafe never records client sessions. You dictate or type your notes after the session, from your own memory and clinical judgement.
Is my data stored in the UK?
Yes. All data is stored on servers in the UK with AES-256 encryption. We never transfer data outside the UK.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days then permanently delete it. You can request immediate deletion.
